If you cancel your lesson:

You can cancel your course for free until 12 hours before the beginning of the lesson. Past this time, your lesson will be lost.

What happens if my tutor is absent from my lesson ?

A tutor is considered as absent if he or she doesn’t connect to your classroom in the 5 minutes following the beginning of the lesson. In this case, CoursParticuliers.com automatically cancels the lesson and amends your account accordingly.
